About the Founder
Dr. Cindel Pluviose holds a Doctorate degree as a Nurse Practitioner, she is a published author, motivational speaker, and the visionary behind the Fashionably Saved Foundation. With over 13 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, she blends faith, fashion, and mentorship to empower women and youth. Once bullied and overlooked, Cindel rose from rejection to royalty becoming a Christian pageant runner-up, lifestyle coach, and author of Dare 2 DzIGHER, a self-esteem guide for young women. Her story is proof that purpose can be born from pain, and now she leads others to rise with confidence, Christ, and calling.
